My husband & I have registered & added each other as friends but we still can't see one another on our map, would you please help me & tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Abby,
As I can see you have sent a request to become friends to each other. However, step 2 is still missing. After sending a request the other user must confirm or deny the request (for security reasons). To solve this problem just go to the settings-section in the web portal and push the Accept-button in the "Friends overview". Your husband should do the same. If you need further support feel free to post another message.

I also requested a friend & he shows a my friend no because he accepted my request, but we don't see each other on the map. What are we doing wrong? our users are: kwcotten@gmail.com & loyalbridget@gmail.com.

Hi,
You have sent a request to your friend this request has been accepted. So you should see your friend on the map. Please log in at the web portal and check again. Your friend has not sent a request to you so far so he won't be able to see you. As soon he sends a request which is accepted he will also see your location. Please try again. If the problem is still there feel free to contact me again.
