viewing certain days of the past

I saw how I can view the last 24 hours...etc...

how can i pick all tracking of a certain day of the past months?

Where can I see these instructions?

Hi,
You use the "Tracks" dialog in the app to load tracks from a custom time range. Please note that you can see a certain day only if this day has not been deleted by the server yet. The server only keeps the latest 1000 track points. You can purchase "Track Loading" if you don't want to keep all your tracks. With "Track Loading" you can also use the menu on the right side of the map in the web portal to load custom time ranges.
