Follow map when showing tracks?

The only suggestion I can think of is, is it possible to show the track on the map, actually following the roads, rather than it being a straight line between data points. I know I could increase the sample rate to make it more frequent, but it would be useful to have a low sample rate, but Google maps automatically follow the roads between the points.

thanks for your message. Would be a nice feature but I'm afraid Google does not support this. If it is possible at some point in the future I will add this feature.
