no tracking shown on website

my samsung mobile works fine with the real tracker, great GPS signal and blue circle showing and driving around shows exactly were i am.

The problem i have whilst looking at my web site it's stuck on my house location only and doesn't move. it's as if the phone and web site are not communicating with each other.

I don't know why but i just uninstalled real tracker and re-installed it again.

try it again and still no movement showing on my account map

are only missing the line which shows your track? Is the location itself up-to-date? Can you post me your username?

location stays at my house on my account map and web site map

when moving away from my house movement is shown on the phone ok but not on the map so people still think i haven't moved

i have a track line on my phone when moving nothing on the web map

OK, I'm pretty sure that your app is configured with a different username than you expected. Can you please check in the app settings?

your spot on, went into settings for username and not right as was the password so changed

tried it and it's working now, i'm back on track
