Good Morning,
I'm using your application on different mobile device from some years. For internal reasons, I have the mobile devices with a wrong data (5-8 days behind). In the last months your web site dosen't show the position of my devices.
Are there some procedures that I can make to reable the synconization between n my devices and your web site?
May be the problem should be an apgrate od Google Servics. Could be it? If yes, what can I do to continue to use your application with the wrong data of my devces?

Hello,
Every phone should (re-)synchronize as soon as the tracker is running and the Internet connection is working. Can you please check the phones, if they are updating their position. If you scroll the statistics panel above the map to the right, you will see the last GPS update time. If you send me the usernames of the tracked phones I can also check the log files.
