How to track our friends and foes

I am a Doctor of criminal science. I need to track those who have been recently paroles and have thratend my life and others life.as we'll can I do this with your application or do I need to find a new one I have testimony ony in many courts and my testimony has imprisoned many some left therats. Now I am retired and do not get messages from the D.OFCorrections like before retirement. Now these inmates or being released. It is life or death I track them as well as my family. If you would like to verify my I.D I own the largest group of it's kind in.the world (Google ) you can put Dr Rick Breazeale in any browser. I am federal government retired PhD in Criminal science and Forensics. My Question is it possible to track these people from 1 to 3 at a time and if so how can I use greenalp to do so.

Sorry, this is not possible. This app works only if you track friends that have installed this app. Furthermore you see their location only if they click the Start-button in the app.
