Great, thanks. Now that I have that settled I found out my mother needs to recover her password so she can log in on a new device also. Fortunately her old phone still is set up. I read in another post about sending a message to all websites viewers with "password recovery" so I went ahead and did that on hers. Account name is : angieorego
