No Tracking with new handy

Hello,
I have a new phone (Wiku U feel). Since then the track has not been recorded. This only works if I leave the display active. I find no setting that I can allow the app to work even when the display is off.

I have Andriod 6.

Can someone tell me where I can adjust?

Hello,
Probably your phone enters a power saving mode, if screen is off. Unfortunately I don't know this phone so I cannot say if there is an option to make an exception for this app. I can only recommend to search in the settings for terms like "app optimization", "power saving", etc.
