abnormal tracking
Good evening, some days the tracking service I generate this type of track as in the picture (which refers to the account hermes07). How can I fix the problem? I purchased the subscription service to download tracks for 13 users, from hermes02 to hermes17 and I am distressed at not being able to offer this service to my customers, who until recently was impeccable. waiting for your reply, I extend cordial greetings.

Hi,
Is it seems your device sends wrong GPS timestamps. I have configured the server to try to fix the wrong timestamps. Can you please try again to record a track?

Good evening, in the day today everything went smooth. Tomorrow we will be in the same areas where there has been failure last week. It will be sure to update it.
