I purchased the subscription service to download tracks for 13 users, from hermes02 to hermes17 and I am distressed at not being able to offer this service to my customers, who until recently was impeccable. waiting for your reply, I extend cordial greetings.

Is it seems your device sends wrong GPS timestamps. I have configured the server to try to fix the wrong timestamps. Can you please try again to record a track?
